Shipping and Return policy
At TRASE, we strive to provide our customers with the exceptional shopping experience. We acknowledge that there may be occasions when you require to exchange or return an item, and we aim to simplify this process for your convenience.
Exchange Policy:
We offer an exchange policy within 10 days of the date of delivery.
The product(s) must be in their original condition and unused , with all tags and labels intact.
The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.
Rs.120/- reverse pick-up charges.
The exchange will happen only once.
The exchange must be sent to us within 10 days from the date you received the parcel.
Return Policy:
The return must be delivered to us within 10 days from the date you received the parcel.
The product(s) must be in their original condition and unused , with all tags and labels intact.
The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.
Rs.120/- reverse pick-up charges .
The return will happen only once.
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.
The refund may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
Product Defects:
No exchange or refund will be done for any manufacturing defects after a period of 45 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping Policy
We ship orders across India.
You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1599. Shipping charges for orders under Rs. 1599 is Rs. 100.
Shipping time
Your TRASE order will reach you within 7-10 working days.
Delivery duration could vary due to external situations.
Out of stock
If a product appears to be available when you place your order and is out of stock due to some error or defect we will notify you at the earliest that we cannot fulfil your order. The order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund for the entire amount.
