Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the parcel, with products in original, unused condition, and all tags intact. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back, with a Rs. 120 reverse pick-up charge. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer and may take up to 10 working days to reflect.
